Shipping & delivery

🌍Which countries do you ship to?

Kuycon.world ships worldwide. Depending on the product and your destination, your order is dispatched from our warehouse in France or our warehouse in China. Every order includes:

  • Real-time parcel tracking
  • Secure, shock-proof packaging
  • Delivery through trusted international carriers
💶How much does shipping cost, and what about customs duties?

It depends on your destination. Orders can be delivered on either of two terms:

  • DAP (Delivered At Place) — any local import duties and taxes are payable by you on delivery.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay.

Your eligible option is shown during checkout, as availability varies from one destination to another.

⏱️How long will my delivery take?

Once your order is prepared and dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 20 business days, depending on the delivery method you choose at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel.

🚚How are the monitors protected during shipping?

Every Kuycon monitor is shipped with:

  • Reinforced, shock-resistant packaging
  • Custom-fitted foam protection
  • A protective film on the screen
  • Additional internal bracing to prevent movement in transit
📍Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking details. Depending on the delivery method chosen, tracking may be full (door-to-door) or partial, so the level of detail can vary from one shipment to another. If you have an account, tracking is also available in your order history.

🛠️What should I do if my monitor arrives damaged?

In the rare event of transit damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you — return shipping included.

💳What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), along with fast, secure options such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The exact methods available may vary depending on your region.

🔒Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS certified checkout over an encrypted (SSL) connection, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

✏️Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the delivery address or cancel it, so contact us as quickly as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

🧾Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. A detailed invoice is sent automatically by email once your order is confirmed. Need specific billing details or a company VAT number on it? Just let us know.

What warranty do your monitors have?

All Kuycon monitors are covered by the manufacturer's warranty:

  • 2 years (24 months) within the European Union
  • 12 months outside the European Union
  • Repair or replacement in the event of a defect
  • Dedicated technical assistance
  • Standard exclusions apply for damage caused by misuse
🛡️How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact our support team with your order number or the serial number of your monitor. We'll run a quick diagnosis and guide you through repair or replacement — as smoothly and quickly as possible.

👌Do you offer after-sales service?

Yes. Through our European after-sales service centre in France, we provide:

  • Free diagnosis
  • Repair or exchange (subject to product availability)
  • Coverage of return costs in the event of a confirmed defect
  • Personalised follow-up of your request
↩️What is your return policy?

If you change your mind, you can return your monitor within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it's returned in its original condition and packaging. Contact us to start a return and we'll send you the instructions.

🔧Are the monitors VESA-compatible?

Yes. Kuycon monitors use a standard VESA mounting pattern, so you can pair them with the monitor arm or wall mount of your choice.
